How you can safely report bullying

  • Don’t let it carry on, tell someone immediately.
  • If you are being bullied at school, use your bully box and leave a note for someone who can help.
  • Ask to speak to your teacher confidentially.
  • If you have a Peer Support scheme at school, they are trained to assist you and get you help.
  • If you are being bullied out on the streets, don’t be afraid to seek help from a police officer, community safety warden. They will help you.
  • In an emergency, call 999 and get help quickly.
